Debi was responsive, prompt and informative throughout the entire sales process. Our house was damaged by hurricane Milton. Added to the fact that our family had undergone some changes, the decision had been made to sell the property rather than rebuild it. Debi was referred to us as someone who was very knowledgeable about the local market. She was forthright when we requested information that we needed in order to determine how to move forward with our house in what could best be described as a difficult market. it was not a simple decision to simply "sell". She was patient with us as our family worked through the process of selling the family home. Once it was placed on the market and a buyer located, Debi continued to be helpful all through the closing process. Sold within a record amount of time Thank you for all that you did to facilitate the sale of my house I knew you were the right person for the job the first time we met Although we had to go through two hurricanes to get the deal done it was done a timely manner.

What do you do when you are selling your home at one of the worst times in Florida history? You go with the best agent and that agent is Debi Benson. From the first time we interviewed her (and several others who didn't make the grade) to the day we closed on our sale, Debi was there for us whenever we needed her. Her ideas are always on point, she tells you the pros and cons of anything and lets you make up your own mind, if you need her to be at the house, she is at the house, if she doesn't know an answer, she will find out and not try to BS you. She knows the area well, she knows the local and national trends. If she will be away, she will let you know how to reach her or give you someone who will be there if needed. So, all the smarts and a really, really nice person on top of that.

Debi was wonderful to work with. She gave us knowledgeable advice but always listened to us as well, it was a great working relationship. She was always quickly reachable and always had time for us, friendly and personable, yet professional. Debi was also a great help in handling the few problems that popped up. Our property sold in under a month. We highly recommend Debi with absolutely no reservations.
