We have been absolutely delighted with the smooth process of selling our home, despite the challenges of the pandemic and us being overseas. We first came to know Debi when we built the property as a holiday home back in 2014. Since then, she has become a good friend and neighbor, watching out for the property and providing helpful information about the local real estate market and a couple of home valuations. Therefore, when we made the decision to sell, it was natural that we should ask Debi to market our property. She did a superb job, especially given the constraints of Covid and we having been unable to get to the house in almost 2 years. As well as organizing a quick and smooth selling process, she ensured that a number of maintenance jobs were completed and packed up and stored our personal possessions. We were kept fully up to date throughout by email, WhatsApp, and several Skype calls. We can't thank Debi enough. To say we're delighted is actually an understatement. Bought two houses with Debi in 2022, I have referred two other buyers to her.Debi was referred to us by family friends living in Venice. Debi is a real professional. She keep us I nformed and solicited our input. I feel she worked hard to sell our property (which she did sell) by consistently advertising it, with pictures and showing it many times.
