Debi obtained her real estate license in 1999 and achieved the prestigious GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation in 2004. Her career is distinguished by a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
Debi's move to Florida was driven by her love for warm weather and coastal living. Her journey took a significant turn in 2004 when she discovered the serene beauty of the Gulf Coast. Recognizing the area's potential for both a peaceful lifestyle and investment opportunities, Debi relocated to Englewood. There, she not only invested in property but also began guiding others in buying and selling real estate on the Cape Haze Peninsula.
In 2006, Debi expanded her expertise by obtaining her broker's license and co-founding a successful brokerage. After selling her stake in the brokerage in 2010, she joined Michael Saunders & Company, a decision that has enhanced her professional trajectory and personal satisfaction. This affiliation with a nationally and globally respected firm has allowed Debi to offer unparalleled service to her clients while embracing the high standards and extensive resources of a leading real estate company.
In 2014, Debi further enhanced her commitment to professional development by obtaining her CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) designation.
